1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1.5 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted through sieve
Chocolate and multicolored jimmies
10 small paper candy cups
Makes 10 Total Time: 30 minutes
In a saucepan over low heat, mix together the condensed milk, butter, salt and cocoa powder. Stir continuously for about 6 minutes being very careful not to burn mixture. Once the mixture has thickened to more of a paste-like substance, remove from heat and let cool completely to room temperature, it's really important to make sure the entire mixture, including inside has cooled down. Then spread out each type of the jimmies in a layer on a different plate, grease your hands fully, and roll out balls that will fit nicely in cups, roll through the sprinkles, and place in cup. They also taste good if placed in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before eating.
