1 large tomato, sliced
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 onion, sliced
1 large flat roll or pita bread
Fresh halloumi cheese
Fresh oregano
Black olives for serving
Serves Two Total Time: 20 minutes
Cut the halloumi into 1 cm thick slices and brown over low heat in a pan with a tsp of olive oil.
Cut the bread in half and add the onions and tomato, and halloumi. Pour the lemon juice over the top and add the orenago.
Then toast in panini maker for about two minutes, and serve with the olives.
