10 baby back ribs
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Barbecue Sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Serves Two     Total Time: 3 hours
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Dry the ribs. Mix the rest of the ribs ingredients together to make the rub, not including the barbecue sauce.
Rub the mix into all sides of the ribs. Add a layer of parchment paper to the bottom of a baking tray or pan. Then add two layers of aluminum foil, shiny side facing up. Place the ribs, meaty side down onto the foil and then add another layer of foil on top over the ribs. Roll the edges tightly together so the ribs are completely sealed.
Bake for 2  1/2 hours. Meanwhile mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Take out the ribs, and let them sit for at least 5 minutes. Then cut them into individual ribs, coat them on all sides with the barbecue sauce and grill on a grill for two minutes to cook on the sauce. Alternatively you can cook in broiler or in pan on low heat. Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
